A relaxed introductory conversation, in person (Perth hills cafe) or via Zoom, to explore what you’re navigating and whether Solaspire counselling and coaching is the right fit for you.
In this session we will:
• discuss what you would like clarity or progress on
• explore how coaching may support you
• answer any questions you may have
This session helps ensure you feel comfortable and confident before committing to further counselling or coaching.
