Clarity Session – $40 | 30 minutes
A relaxed introductory conversation, in person (Perth hills cafe) or via Zoom, to explore what you’re navigating and whether Solaspire coaching is the right fit for you.
In this session we will:
• discuss what you would like clarity or progress on
• explore how coaching may support you
• answer any questions you may have
This session helps ensure you feel comfortable and confident before committing to further coaching.
This introductory session is not a counselling session but an opportunity to explore whether coaching together would be beneficial.
Looking Back to Move Forward
A short counselling series designed to help you understand the experiences, patterns, or beliefs that may be shaping your present circumstances.
Across three sessions we explore:
• significant life experiences or turning points
• patterns that may be limiting progress
• emotional responses or internal narratives
• new perspectives that support growth and healing
This series provides a safe, structured space to reflect, gain insight and reset direction.
This service is ideal for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure why certain patterns keep repeating.
Forward-focused growth
Once clarity and understanding have been established, coaching focuses on forward movement.
Forward-focused coaching for individuals who want to move ahead with clarity, courage and intention.
Coaching sessions may focus on:
• life direction and decision-making
• leadership and personal influence
• navigating change or transition
• building resilience and confidence
• aligning actions with values and purpose
